During a trip to the KLMZ plant, the team of LLP “Kainar-AKB” studied issues related to the implementation of the 1C ERP program - Enterprise Management at the LLP “Maker” industrial enterprise. The general impression of the work done is positive. During the implementation of 1C ERP in KLMZ, many disparate subsystems were combined and automated (Accounting, Production Management, CRM, Procurement Management, Inventory Management, Sales Management, Personnel Accounting and Payroll, Integration). This innovation made it possible to take a fresh look at the production planning process - when a manager can plan the capacity of an organization, and in a short time predict the most profitable ways of solving tasks.

Thanks to the exchange of experience with the implementation team and negotiations with the current owners of the business processes of the enterprise, areas have been identified that need to be paid special attention to during the implementation of the ERP system in your organization. Difficulties in implementation for each subsystem were discussed, reviews were collected on experimental work with subsystems, some mechanisms were studied that allow automating production processes, production planning, etc. The 1C ERP system was considered in action, which made it possible to analyze the functionality, strengths and weaknesses systems.

During the implementation of the ERP system, the project team of LLP “Maker” and the ERP-systems implementation center of LLP “Exsolcom” have done a great job. The accounting system was completely transferred from another subsystem (ERA) and put into commercial operation. The model of custom-made production has been technically implemented, production planning has been improved, the turnover in warehouses has been increased, and the issue of the turnover of long-term stocks stuck in warehouses is gradually being addressed. An undoubted advantage in supporting the system is that most of the administration and revision of the implemented subsystems, as well as their updating, are carried out by certified employees of the organization (not technical support or outsourcing), which has a positive effect on the efficiency of processing all comments on the program's functionality.

But do not think that when the project is put into operation and after the official part of the system implementation, the work on its implementation ends. After the implementation of the system, there is a long stage of improvements, finalization of reports, staff training, error correction, improvement of functions and improvement of system automation. Implementation only opens up new opportunities for the enterprise to solve even more complex production problems, perform more complex calculations, integrate with MES-systems, and the possibility of more detailed control of production processes.
